Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access our consultation service for personal financial planning purposes only. This license does not include rights to our underlying methodologies or proprietary content.

Privacy and Data Processing

We process your personal information in accordance with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy. Your use of our service constitutes consent to data processing as outlined in our privacy documentation.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Our consultation service operates on a monthly subscription basis with the following payment conditions:

• • Monthly subscription fee of RM250 is billed in advance and includes scheduled consultation sessions
• • Payments are processed automatically using your chosen payment method on your monthly billing date
• • All fees are inclusive of applicable Malaysian taxes and are non-refundable except as required by law
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period and account termination after 30 days

Service Termination

Either party may terminate this service relationship under the following conditions:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal with cancellation effective at the end of your current billing period

We may terminate service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts our service delivery to other clients

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Xylaverniqo's liability for any damages arising from our consultation service is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, regardless of the legal theory of liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All aspects of our service relationship are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including consumer protection regulations and financial services guidelines applicable to consultation services.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction over our registered business location.

Terms Modifications

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers with at least 30 days advance notice.

Continued use of our service after terms changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Xylaverniqo regarding our consultation service. They supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Severability Provision

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable terms that closely reflect the original intent.
